Returns Policy

What is your Returns Policy?

  1. To ensure we deal with your returns quickly and efficiently please ensure you contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

  2. Faulty goods may be refunded or exchanged, please contact us via email, telephone or post.

  3. Non-faulty goods may be returned and refunded or exchanged for other goods or products within 14 days of receipt (with the exception of products with a short life shelf, such as cement or plaster). Furthermore, loose aggregates will also be non-returnable due to the nature of the product.

  4. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition.

  5. The above is in addition to UK Selling Regulations 2000 under which you have the right to a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  6. You are responsible for the return carriage charge of non-faulty items.

  7. Sometimes we operate as an agent on behalf of other companies, therefore in some circumstances we may pass you on to them directly.

  8. Nationwide will be the company you need to contact if you have a fault with their brand of sheds and garden buildings. Nationwide also have a separate Terms & Conditions policy which you must accept when purchasing a Nationwide product via the Outdoor Living2u.co.uk website. These Terms & Conditions will be forwarded to you when you complete an order for a Nationwide product.

  9. We will only take a deposit on Nationwide purchases and the outstanding balance will be paid on erection to the erection team in cash.
